Our Leader(s)

Anna Stanley

Anna Stanley is the proud leader of Tiger Den at Cub Scout Pack 205. She is committed to helping her daughter, Garet, and her fellow scouts learn important values like honesty, respect and citizenship. Anna's husband also serves as Bear Den Leader in the same pack, making it truly a family affair!

Outside of den leadership, Anna is a fervent North Carolina Tar Heel fan, having graduated from UNC in 2005. She also enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family. Anna is passionate about helping the next generation of young people reach their potential and make a positive impact on their community. Her enthusiasm, dedication and skills have been invaluable to the Cub Scout Pack 205 program.

With Anna's leadership, Garet and the other Tigers have learned invaluable life lessons, while having plenty of fun along the way. Anna Stanley truly is a remarkable leader and role model! Anna's unwavering commitment to her den and Pack 205 has earned her much admiration from parents and scouts alike. She strives to create an environment where each scout feels supported and empowered, so they can achieve their goals!

We spend the scout year completing adventures and earning belt loops, the keys to rank advancement. The adventures on this page are the required activities for this rank. In addition one elective adventure must be completed. The elective is determined by the den leader as part of their curriculum planning. Running with the Pack

"Running with the Pack" adventure is all about physical fitness and participation in team sports. Scouts engage in activities that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a healthy competitive spirit. This adventure introduces them to various sports and games, fostering a sense of camaraderie and the importance of staying active.

Paws on the Path

"Paws on the Path" adventure focuses on hiking and outdoor exploration. Scouts learn about trail safety, map reading, and the principles of Leave No Trace. They embark on hikes, discover different types of trails, and develop skills for navigating the outdoors responsibly. This adventure encourages a love for hiking and an appreciation for nature.

Howling at the Moon

"Howling at the Moon" adventure centers around the theme of physical fitness and wellness. Scouts participate in activities that promote a healthy lifestyle, including exercise, nutritious eating, and understanding the importance of good health habits. This adventure encourages Scouts to embrace a balanced and active lifestyle.

Duty to God Footsteps

"Duty to God Footsteps" emphasizes the Scout's spiritual development and understanding of their duty to God. Scouts explore their faith, learn about religious traditions, and engage in activities that promote moral and ethical growth. This adventure encourages self-reflection and understanding one's responsibility to a higher power.

Council Fire

"Council Fire" adventure focuses on building character and learning about community. Scouts engage in activities that promote teamwork, cooperation, and community involvement. This adventure often includes discussions about responsible citizenship, good behavior, and the importance of being a positive member of the community.

Call of the Wild

In "Call of the Wild," Scouts explore the world of nature and wildlife. They learn about different animals, plants, and outdoor skills. Activities include observing wildlife, identifying plants and animals, and participating in outdoor adventures that deepen their connection with the natural world.
